Regional Tastes.

Despite NZ and Australia having so much influence, musically, from the US through out the Eighties and Nineties there were a ton of acts that were huge in the Antipodes that failed to get any attention stateside.

Sonia Dada spent 6 weeks at #2 then another month at #1 down here with this wee number. It failed to chart in the US though.
Is there a parallel that can be drawn to ageing rappers that come here for tours?

Really…? Witch-house was born out of remixing gucci tracks, so it’ll be kinda funny if another genre jumps out of it too

Incidentally on sat. night I was talking to local producer Kurk Kokane about how dubstep is getting all “macho” like DnB did all those years ago when girls stopped going and started going to two-step shows. and how now I only listen to love-step, pretty sure this track is also incorporated into that gucci mix. Is that a Lil Jon sample way back in there?
